PLR98 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

PLR98 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the user" or "player") and PLR98. They apply to all services offered on the platform including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, and Bingo.

By accessing or using PLR98 — whether through a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

PLR98 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

PLR98 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on PLR98. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

PLR98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you cannot verify that you are at least 18 years old, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under 18 will be permanently closed.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use PLR98.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details.
• You must not allow any person under 18 to use your PLR98 account.
• You accept full responsibility for keeping your login credentials secure.

PLR98 is intended for players accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using PLR98 for commercial purposes, in a professional capacity, or on behalf of another person is not permitted unless explicitly authorised in writing.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one PLR98 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or using different details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts being closed and balances for feited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. PLR98 may ask you to verify your identity at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal — by submitting a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Never share your PLR98 password with anyone else.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact PLR98 support immediately.

4. Deposits (PKR)

PLR98 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. All deposit amounts are credited to your PLR98 account balance in PKR.

Deposits are typically reflected in your account within a few minutes. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact PLR98 support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — using someone else's JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account — are not permitted.
• PLR98 does not charge a fee on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your PLR98 account balance and can be used for betting and gaming across all platform categories.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PLR98 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within approximately five minutes of approval. Raast transfers and bank withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur during peak periods or where verification is required.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for larger amounts.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 8.
• PLR98 does not charge a standard fee on PKR withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply charges.

6. Sports Betting Rules

PLR98 Sports covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and domestic competitions — as well as Football, Esports, and other sports. Both pre-match and live in-play betting markets are available.

All bets are placed in PKR. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming.

• PLR98 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed being accurate. PLR98 is not liable for delays in live data that affect in-play betting decisions.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the specified timeframe, PLR98 will apply standard void rules unless the market result can be determined.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed before bet confirmation.
• PLR98 reserves the right to limit or restrict a player's access to specific markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7. Casino, Slots, Fish Games & Bingo

PLR98's gaming categories — Live Casino, Slot Games, Fish Games, and Bingo — are entertainment products where outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of Live Casino, by the result of a real physical game dealt by a live dealer.

House edge percentages and return-to-player (RTP) figures are published for individual games where available. By playing any game on PLR98, you accept that the house maintains a statistical advantage over time and that no gaming strategy guarantees a profit.

• All casino and game stakes are placed in PKR.
• Game results are final once a round is completed. PLR98 cannot reverse completed game rounds.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-round, PLR98's server logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where an outcome cannot be determined, the stake will be returned.
• PLR98 Live Casino games involve real dealers and are streamed in real time. Connection quality may affect your viewing experience but does not affect game outcomes.
• Fish Games involve a skill-based shooting mechanic. Prize values are determined by the target caught and the applicable multiplier, which is displayed during gameplay.
• Bingo draws are conducted at scheduled times. Any tickets purchased for a draw are non-refundable once the draw has commenced.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

PLR98 offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are credited in PKR. Bonus terms — including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates — are stated at the point the bonus is offered and must be read before acceptance.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal can be requested.
• PLR98 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, change its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited where there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

PLR98 is a platform for genuine entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or any other game format where player decisions can influence outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder funds through PLR98 by making deposits with no genuine intention to use them for gaming.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or providing false identification documents.
• Engaging in any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PLR98 staff or other users.

PLR98 monitors account activity and transaction patterns for signs of unusual or prohibited behaviour. Where such behaviour is detected, PLR98 may suspend the account, request additional documentation, or close the account without prior notice.

10. Privacy & Data

PLR98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

PLR98 collects only the information necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity where required, and provide customer support. Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors — such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, and banking partners — to the extent necessary to complete your transactions.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data PLR98 holds about you.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting PLR98 support.
• Account closure does not result in immediate deletion of all data — certain records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and operational obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

PLR98 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to make money, not a solution to financial difficulty, and not something that takes priority over day-to-day responsibilities.

• Set a PKR budget before you start each session and stick to it.
• Use the session history in your account to monitor how much you are spending over time.
• Take regular breaks — PLR98 is available 24 hours a day, but that does not mean you need to play continuously.
• Never chase losses. Each game round or bet is independent of the previous one.
• If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to control, take a break from the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

PLR98 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, PLR98 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through a notice on the platform. However, the absence of such notification does not affect the validity of the updated Terms.
